In 1974, I opened a small paint store in Forest Park, and, with lots of help, it prospered. Hardware was added a few years later and Snapper lawn mowers followed in 1982. The immediate success of the mower business amazed us. I was convinced that there was a future in lawn equipment. Over the years we continued to add brands of premium power equipment. By aligning ourselves with brands that offered great products at an exceptional value, we grew immensely. The success allowed us to open a second location on Highway 42 in McDonough during the spring of 2003. From those humble beginnings we have become the premier dealer of quality lawn and garden equipment south of Atlanta.

Stihl Chain Saws

Recently, the day-to-day operation was handed down to my four children. Aubie, Mike, Nicole, and Clint have all worked in the business since their early teens and I know everything is in good hands. I’m just trying to enjoy my semi-retirement, but sometimes, I get the itch and can’t seem to stay away. I come in for a few hours to check-in and make sure everything is going like it should. In life, y ou always want your children to be more successful than you were. They have all made me very proud and are well on their way, thanks to our great customers.
